Terms & Conditions

A valid Credit Card must be provided at the time of booking along with personal details. All bookings are payable 7 days prior to arrival, with all Extra's payable on departure. If the credit card given is declined your booking will be cancelled. Please make sure there are sufficient funds to cover your booking, as it is not our responsibility to contact you.

Please be advised that due to increased merchant costs by all banks for Credit card/eftpos transactions we will now be passing these on to all customers at the Bank rate charged. Thank you for your understanding.

SPECIAL EVENT BOOKINGS e.g.Concerts, Winery Walkabout, Tastes of Rutherglen, Day on the Green etc., the first nights booking will be taken as a deposit 30 days prior to the event with the balance of the booking paid 7 days prior to the Event.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Excluding event periods, deposits are fully refundable if booking is cancelled 7 complete days or more prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival will incur charges equivalent to the full length of the stay.

During event periods (listed under Special Events) deposits are only refundable if 30 complete days or more notice is given. Cancellations made 7 days prior to arrival will incur charges equivalent to the full length of stay.

During weekends, long weekends or event periods where a booking has been made with a minimum night stay, single nights can not be cancelled.

Failure to arrive will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given. (Property Policy)

Corporate guests please refer to your negotiated cancellation periods.

Reservations received from third party booking sources (i.e. Wotif, Bookings.com etc) please contact the company with which you made the booking to discuss the terms of your booking, cancellation and/or refund.

RATES POLICY

All rates displayed are for 2 people using 1 bed unless otherwise stated.  A $30 fee applies for twin share accommodation.

Children under the age of 2 years old are free of charge when using existing bedding. Baby cots/cribs are available on request for $20 per hire.

Where a room can accommodate more than 2 people and unless otherwise stated in the Rate Detail, extra children under 16yo will be charged an additional $20 per night and extra adults charged $30 per night.

CREDIT CARD STORAGE POLICY

Credit card data is encrypted and stored in compliance with PCI requirements.  Any staff member with access to view or make changes to credit card information will have their details logged for future reference.

 

EARLY CHECK- IN Available for $25.00 per hour

Check-out is 10am and so our housemaids can maintain cleanliness and excellence, check-in is 2pm. Early check-in is available upon notification for a fee of $25.00 per hour. Only full hours will be charged.

 

GUESTS WANTING VISITORS TO OUR MOTEL

The Wine Village Motor Inn has a policy of NO visitors are allowed at our Motel for the following reasons:

  1. Visitors are not covered by our Public Liability Insurance.
  2. Visitors contravene our Liquor Licence.
  3. Visitors infringe on our paying Guests enjoyment of our facilities.
  4. Visitors are not accountable for damage or disturbance.
  5. Visitors using rooms to get changed & shower for weddings or other functions for no charge in Guest rooms are not permitted.
  6. Visitors pay no fee and therefore have no rights. The pool, BBQ garden area and rooms are maintained to a very high standard for the enjoyment of our Guests.

Visitors found on our premises will be asked to leave.

The Wine Village Motor Inn is not a public house. We are an accommodation provider only.
